SPECTATOR INFO:

• Wave times are TBD
• The Ticket sales are only through Sportwrench - no cash at the door - the ticket link will be live as we get closer to the event date - there will be a 2 day and a 1 day option.  10 and under children are free.
•  The Schedule will be accessed on Sportwrench  - link will be live by the Tuesday night prior to the event.  We may have some of the AM pools begin play at 7:45AM; in order to reduce the crowding if you are a PM wave - teams and spectators do not arrive before 2:30pm - this will allow for the AM wave to finish before the PM wave teams arrive.
• There will be FULL concessions - serving breakfast, lunch and dinner items with a large variety - cash and credit is accepted.  NO outside food may be delivered in or brought inside either facility, athletes can bring in their drinks and snacks. No coolers are allowed inside. 
• We ask that if your team is not ACTIVELY playing that the spectators and team move away from the court area to leave room for the spectators from those teams playing to have seating to watch their team.  There will be areas off the court designated for spectators and teams.
•  No outside chairs should be needed at either facility, there is a combination of chairs with backs and bleacher seating.
•  The tournament is expected to be at capacity, WPVC will have plenty of parking attendants on hand to guide you to the overflow lots.  There will be a golf-cart to transport from the overflow lot to WPVC.
•  Due to allergies and safety concerns, there is a no pet policy at the facilities - unless it is a certified service dog - please show paperwork.
