NATIONAL CHAMPIONS

 

BEFORE GOING TO ANY TRYOUT, TRAINING OR PRACTICE YOU MUST READ AND STRICTLY FOLLOW THESE PRECAUTIONS AND PROTOCOLS AS LISTED BELOW:

a. What to bring:

•Please come in wearing a mask. Masks during play are optional but you must wear a mask when not involved in physical activity.    •Please bring your own hand sanitizer. We will have some on site in case you need or forget but it is always good to have your own. •Bring your own water bottle. We will have water at our facilities to refill when necessary but we do not want anyone drinking from a water fountain.

b. Before Activities
   • Be symptom free for at least 14 days prior to any activity.
   • Stay home if you are sick or do not feel well.
   • Be aware of and disclose any potential contacts with affected individuals.
   • Wash and sanitize your hands often.
   • Do not touch your face, eyes or mouth with unclean hands.
   • Practice social distancing regularly.
   • Wear a face mask to reduce exposure to airborne particles.
   • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your elbow if you cough or sneeze.

c. During Activities
   • Refrain from attending any activity if displaying any COVID-19 symptoms.
   • Comply with all permissible regulations approved for the venue.
   • Wash and sanitize your hands often.
   • Do not touch your face, eyes or mouth with unclean hands.
   • Refrain from contacting other participants and attendees (high fives and huddles).
   • Practice social distancing as often as possible.
   • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your elbow if you cough or sneeze.
   • Bring hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes.
   • Properly dispose of your personal drinking cups, bottles, or utensils used.

d. After Activities
   • Wash and sanitize your hands often.
   • Do not touch your face, eyes or mouth with unclean hands.
   • Monitor your health and report any symptoms after every activity.
   • Practice social distancing as often as possible.
   • Wear a face mask when possible to reduce exposure to airborne particles.
   • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your elbow if you cough or sneeze.
   • Wash and sanitize all gear, uniforms and apparel used during the activity.

-With the link below get a new 2022 AAU Membership or renew from previous seasons use club code: W34959

-With the link below get a new 2022 USAV Membership or renew from previous seasons

-Junior athletes  who are 18, or who will turn 18 during the season, will need to complete their SafeSport Training once a USAV Membership is purchased. Sign into your account and click on Household to complete your SafeSport Training.

-With the link below complete your USAV Junior Officiating Courses no later than October 25th.

-Print & fill out Medical Consent Form with the link below. This form is required to be compliant with Florida Law, effective July 1, 2021, this medical treatment consent form is required to be completed and signed by a parent/legal guardian for any minor athlete to receive emergency and non‐ emergency medical care at a USA Volleyball sanctioned event/activity in Florida. Athletes should carry multiple copies of this form in their backpacks to all USAV sanctioned practices, camps, clinics, tryouts and events. The signed form will need to be presented to any medical provider before care may be administered.

As a player you might stop any unwanted contact from a club representative simply by asking (either verbally or in writing) that all contact cease. Any player believing a club representative of any Florida Region Volleyball Club has been intimidating, harassing or acted inappropriately in any manner of contact or recruiting should contact the Florida Region office at (352) 742-0080.
